How account deletion works
MemoUS uses the same account-deletion process in the app and on this page. When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent removal — it is not deleted immediately.
- 30-day grace period: You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign back into the MemoUS app (or return here while signed in) and choose Cancel account deletion.
- After 30 days: Your account and associated data are permanently deleted from our servers. This includes child profiles, growth records, activity logs, memories, milestones, AI profiles, wellbeing logs, and photos you uploaded to MemoUS (role-specific rules apply for co-parents, clinicians, and coaches — see our Privacy Policy).
- In the app: You can also delete your account from Profile → Delete account. The same grace period and backend apply.
To hide a child without deleting your whole account, use Archive child on the Home screen in the app instead.
